LADY GAGA could be starring in the Zoolander film sequel. According to reports, the singer has been offered £3 million to appear in the follow-upto Ben Stiller's hit satirical fashion film.
Stiller has confirmed that he will be returning as male model Derek Zoolander, alongside Owen Wilson - who will be reprising his role as rival Hansel McDonald. Lady Gaga has been tipped to play a potential love interest for the characters.
"Gaga is top of their wish-list," revealeda source. "She has the talent and attitude - and an amazing sense of humour."
It's expected that a sprinkling of fashion faces will make cameo appearances in the sequel.
The original 2001 film featured Tom Ford, Tommy Hilfiger, Victoria Beckham, Gwen Stefani, Natalie Portman, Heidi Klum and Claudia Schiffer - to name but a few - all appearing as themselves.
"We have a script that we really like," Stiller told The Metro. "I just want to make sure it lives up to what fans of the first one want."
Nothing has yet been confirmed by Lady Gaga or the production company. Filming for the as-yet-unnamed sequel is due to start early next year.
